Heat Sensitive Items
The tenant or property owner should remove the following items from the treatment area whenever possible:
- Persons, plants, and pets
- LCD and Plasma TVs
- Candles, wax, crayons, and cosmetics
- Medicines and vitamins
- Storage media including CDs, DVDs, and VHS tapes
- Mini and vertical blinds
- Arts and craft items that are made with hot glue
- Anything packaged in an aerosol can
- Musical instruments
- Oil Paintings
- Perishable foods including fresh fruit and vegetables, chocolates, alcoholic and carbonated beverages (These items can be safely stored in the refrigerator when possible)
Larger items can be protected with thermal blankets. A BedBugBoys technician will inspect premises before heat treatment is started. |
