Apartments, hotel rooms, senior living facilities, single family homes, schools, and day care centers are all potential residences of bed bugs. Bed bugs can be found anywhere humans either sit or lie down. Once bed bugs are suspected to be present in a structure, it is time to call upon BedBugBoys to inspect your property to verify their presence. If it is determined that your structure is being inhabited by bed bugs, we will use state-of-the-art methods to eliminate this pest.

Bed bugs (Cimex lectularius) are small reddish-brown oval insects 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch in length. They live close to
their food source, which is in most cases the blood of humans. They feed at night and are almost never seen in daylight. The heat of the human body and C02 exhaled by humans attracts them.
While bed bug bites are symptomatic (allergic reactions ranging from itching to welts and sores) for some humans, others may have little or no reaction to these bites. The good news is that there are no reported cases of the transmission of infectious diseases by bed bugs. Typically, a person will have a trifecta of bites by each bed bug. This is referred to as “breakfast, lunch, and dinner” for the blood-feeding bed bug.
Although bed bugs are most often found near the sleeping places of humans, they can reside anywhere in the structure.
